For 2025 West Virginia Black Heritage Festival will will be held
September 6th
in Downtown Clarksburg
Rates for 2025 festival are as follows:
Space (10'x10').......$xxx (any space above 10'x10' is a second space)
Electricity.......$xx (Additional hookup $xx.00)
Water.......$xx
FESTIVAL REQUIREMENTS
- Food vendors must adhere to Harrison County Food Handlers Regulations.
- Festival will supply 110 volts of electricity
- All other hookups are vendor's responsibility
- Food vendors are required to have 50 ft. water hose
- The WVBHF cannot be responsible for any theft or damages
- All vendors must use heavy duty extension cords
SET-UP
On Friday, Sept. 5th, vendors may set up after 6 pm.
On Saturday, Sept. 6th, set up starts at 8am...must be completed by 10am.
The festival committee will be selling T-shirts.
Sizes small through XXL for $xx
